The new Air Jordan 6 Retro screams spring. No need to wait for groundhog day anymore, Jordan is telling us that spring is well on its way. It’s all rainbows and sunshine at the Jordan company and this colorway is the perfect to showcase it. The Air Jordan 6 Retro ‘Floral’ will only be released in Grade School sizes and smaller. This marks the second time in the past month that Jordan will release a pair of sneakers exclusively for kids. The other was the Air Jordan 13 ‘Playground’ that was released on January 25, 2020.
However, many kids’ releases have been seen as a partial release for women because a children’s size run tends to fit most women. In order to convert a Grade School size to a Women’s, all you have to do it add 1.5 to the Grade School size. For example, if you wear a 6 in Women’s then a size 4.5Y will fit you. This is confirmed by Nike and you can find the entire conversion chart on their website.
This sneaker is a bit more orthodox than the ‘Playground’ release, it just looks cleaner. I know they’re for kids but style is for everyone and the Air Jordan 6 Retro ‘Floral’ delivers just that. The yellow color of the sneaker might put some people off but I think it is just subtle enough to make the color standout without overdoing it. Air Jordan 6 Retros are edgier by nature given their design but this all yellow style gives the sneaker a much needed clean finish which is so rare to find in this silhouette. The sneaker also features an embroidered flower under the Jordan logo. They also provide you with a floral pattern on the insole of the sneakers.
You’ll be able to buy these at all the major retailers nationwide. But I would definitely recommend Shiekh because of their implementation of Affirm payment plans. For these particular sneakers, you’d be able to cop them for 3 interest-free payments of $47 a month. Style on a budget doesn’t have to be a bad thing and Shiekh is proving that with Affirm. The hype around the Air Jordan 6 Retro ‘Floral’ doesn’t seem to be all that high, especially since they are exclusively kids’ sneakers. Historically, kids’ releases don’t tend to be hard to cop but why wait on this style.
They will be released on February 6, 2020.
The sneakers will be an exclusive release for kids but the Grade School sizes can be converted to Women’s sizing by simply adding 1.5 to the Grade School size. So if you use a size 6 in Women’s then you will be able to fit in a size 4.5Y. I know it sounds strange but this is how it works. Check out the entire conversion chart and even a foot measure at Nike.
Most major retailers will be selling them but we recommend Shiekh for their Affirm payment plans.
