Rihanna’s Creeper Returns In Velvet for the Holidays
To wrap up a year of many highs for Rihanna’s Fenty x PUMA collaboration, The Creeper returns one last time before the end of 2016. If the track record set by the sneakers’ predecessors is any indication of how well these will sell, they’ll undoubtedly be gone quickly. Whether it was the Fenty Fur Slide, the Fenty Trainer, or The Creeper, PUMA’s footwear flew off shelves and out of warehouses because they were given Rihanna’s seal of approval. In its newest incarnation, the shoe will be released in three different colorways: black, burgundy, and cement gray. The design remains the same in terms of the thick and flat-soled platform, however the wow factor here can be credited to RiRi’s fabric choice…velvet! Both rich and luxurious, it’s a texture suitable for all the holiday shindigs you’ll be attending this season. Each pair of the monochromatic sneakers are enhanced by details such as metallic gold PUMA branding, waxed laces, and insoles. To protect the prized possessions, The Creepers will be accompanied by a matching velvet dust bag.
