Stance Socks: Star Wars Collection
Now that The Force has been awoken, fans worldwide are continuing to get their dose of Star Wars mania through retailers everywhere. The American sock brand Stance, whose headquarters are in San Clemente, made sure not to miss out on the intergalactic trend. On November 30, 2015 Stance released a special collection of socks, promoting the Star Wars saga. The collection features 12 of the film’s most iconic and beloved characters. Stance also launched an interactive experience, The Uncommon Force, that allows fans to control the force. Using their webcams and hand motions, they’re able to explore the arsenal in a galaxy far far away.
With plenty of characters to choose from – your pals R2-D2 and C-3PO, Chewie, Princess Leia, Luke, and others who’ve joined the Dark Side, you’ll be sure to have The Force at your feet. The entire collection is heavily inspired from fan favorites of the original trilogy released back in the 70s. A pair of socks starts at $20, but if you can’t decide which side to be on, you can purchase the complete collection for $260.
