THIS JUST IN! NIKE AIR ZOOM FLIGHT THE GLOVE “MIAMI HEAT”

One of our favorite retro kicks gets a “Miami Heat” upgrade. The Glove Nike Air Zoom Flights are back again! While current Miami Heat powerhouse players LeBron James and Dwayne Wade may be thought to have inspired these retro kicks, we’d like to school you and give you the real story. Though he only spent a brief two seasons playing for the South Florida-based team, Gary Payton’s career with the Miami Heat is what inspired Nike’s latest design of his signature shoe. The kicks give a nod to the team gaining its very first championship title back in 2006, when Gary Payton gained his first and only ring.

These Gloves feature a University Red base overlay, with Tour Yellow lateral Swooshes that will surely attract attention. Of course, when the base zipper is undone, a Dark Grey underlay emerges, with mesh accents and Black “Monkey Paw” design.
