Yeezy Boost 350 V2: Regional Releases
The February 22, 2020 Yeezy Boost 350 V2 releases marks the beginning of a new chapter to the 350 line. Fans of the Yeezy brand had been let down with lackluster releases that seemed to be missing something. But this time around the fans seem to be content with the releases. The only one that has had some negative reviews has been the ‘Tail Light’ sneaker.
The three releases are named ‘Earth’, ‘Tail Light’, & ‘Flax’. Each one will be released exclusively in a region that it has already been assigned to. A strange way to release sneakers but Yeezy has never really done things in a traditional sense.
‘Earth’
Style ID: FX9033 Colorway: Earth/Earth-Earth Retail Price: $220 Release Date: The ‘Earth’ release will be exclusive to the Americas and we are definitely okay with that. The Yeezy Boost 350 V2 ‘Earth’ comes with an interesting colorway that is very appealing and it works great with the design of the sneaker. One could argue that it is the best of the batch but I would personally choose ‘Flax’ over ‘Earth’. Either way, this sneaker is going to be extremely difficult to buy and will cost you big money on the resale market. This sneaker is worth the hassle of dealing with YeezySupply.com and praying that you’re lucky enough to buy the sneaker. Given that, this is the only American release of the group, it’s going to make it that much harder.
There will also be a for the release.
‘Flax’
Style ID: Unknown Colorway: Flax/Flax-Flax Retail Price: $220 Release Date: February 22, 2020 ‘Flax’ is the best looking release but it will only be available in the Asia Pacific & Africa region. Tough luck for those of us in the Americas but they are sure to flood the resale market with these sneakers. I believe that the resale on the Yeezy Boost 350 V2 ‘Flax’ will probably be in the $350-$400 range but it’s anyone’s guess.
‘Tail Light’
Style ID: FX9017 Colorway: Tail Light/Tail Light-Tail Light Retail Price: $220 Release Date: February 22, 2020 ‘Tail Light’ will be exclusively released in Europe and Russia. These are the worst looking of the bunch. Its simple silver body and an orange tail grip don’t really seem to blend well together. Either way it is interesting but it is safe to say that Americans got the better end of the deal.
Where can I buy the Yeezy Boost 350 releases?
They are going to be regional so unless you’re in the region that the sneakers are being released in then you will be limited to resale platforms.
What’s the best way to buy Yeezys?
Best way is to simply be ready the time they are released on Adidas app or on YeezySupply.com. But if you’re really desperate, you can place a deposit on YeezyMafia.com and they will almost guarantee you a sneaker. I’ve never actually used the site but I have heard good things about it. If you’re willing to pay over retail and hope that the deposit ends up being less than the resale value then this is the way to do it.
